Equipment and systems
Our solutions are modular — from an individual mixing or measurement unit to a complete process vessel with automated control. Materials, instrumentation and control functions are selected according to the process and operating environment.
Mixing
A mixing solution for homogenizing liquids directly in a standard IBC container, reducing the need to transfer the product to a separate mixing vessel. The unit can be adapted to the IBC type, working volume, liquid properties and required mixing regime.
Process equipment
We design application-specific process and microbial cultivation vessels in polymer materials or stainless steel. Vessel configuration is selected according to working volume, temperature range, mixing, aeration, dosing and hygiene requirements.
Pilot scale
Solutions for 600 L and 1000 L microbial cultivation processes with the required instrumentation and actuators. Standard control functions include temperature, pH and dissolved oxygen control, while the system can be extended with biomass, foam, level and other measurements.
Measurement
Reliable process control begins with reliable measurement. We provide selection, installation and control-system integration of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and other sensors suitable for bioprocess applications.
Prototyping
A modular prototype concept for cultivating bacteria and fungi in liquid media using plastic process boxes or other suitable containers. This approach allows the working volume and process arrangement to be adapted without relying on a conventional stirred-tank geometry.
Control systems
We develop control systems for bioprocess and other technological equipment, combining sensors, PLCs, HMIs and actuators into one coordinated process-control system. Automation can cover a single equipment function or a complete operating cycle with sequences and interlocks.
Custom development
When standard industrial equipment does not fit the process, we develop the concept from the actual process requirements: operating principle, required modules, measurements, actuators and control logic, followed by a prototype or complete equipment concept.
