When standard industrial equipment does not fit the process, we develop the concept from the actual process requirements: operating principle, required modules, measurements, actuators and control logic, followed by a prototype or complete equipment concept.
One possible direction is freeze concentration of aqueous solutions — controlled crystallization and separation of water to increase the concentration of dissolved components at comparatively low process temperature. We also consider other custom heat-transfer, mass-transfer and liquid-processing tasks.
